Planning Permission

Planning permission for the conversion of an agricultural barn into a contemporary detached property in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

 

We are happy to announce that Planning Permission has recently been granted for an existing agricultural barn to be converted into a luxury family dwelling.


The existing barn structure primarily consists of a steel portal frame which is intended to be retained as it is. Externally the walls will be finishes in vertical timber weatherboards with a coursed limestone base course to the perimeter. There will be a colour coated standing seam roof finish with triple glazed rooflights installed above the bedrooms to introduce natural daylight into these spaces.


The surrounding site will also be developed with existing buildings being utilised to create a Carport, Studio & Office space, and external storage. Formal and informal landscaping will be created throughout along with an outdoor pool to the North end of the site.
