Work has recently been completed on the construction of a new warehouse depot development in Bishops Waltham, Hampshire.
Temple Ford Design was appointed to prepare drawings and information necessary for the Technical Design Stage of this project.
The site is Council owned on which a building was demolished prior to works commencing. The new warehouse is divided to provide 3 generous units, each with their own amenity accommodation. There is also a mezzanine level in two of the units to provide further storage and general use space.
The shell of the warehouse comprises a steel frame, black insulated cladding panels to the walls and roof and a facing brick plinth to the perimeter with back-up block wall internally. Transparent Day-Light panels in the roof provide natural daylight into the units.
