We are happy to confirm that planning permission has been granted for the 2-storey extension to an existing heritage cottage and construction of a new dwelling on the site in Durley, Hampshire.
The extension to the existing cottage 18th century cottage comprises a new open-plan kitchen/dining area at ground floor with a new master bedroom & en-suite at first floor. Permission was also obtained for a new timber framed garage and a 3-bedroom house on the same site.
