We are very excited to announce that we have received planning approval for the repair and conversion of a Grade II Listed cob barn in Abbotts Ann, Hampshire.
After working closely with the Planning Officer and Conservation Officer assigned to the case, planning permission was recently approved for the repair and conversion of an existing cob barn into a dwelling.
The barn was an annex to a former mill that was demolished in 1904. The Stable and Cart Shed is Grade II listed by virtue of its curtilage and is associated with the corn mill. The existing barn requires extensive repairs, with Temple Ford Design working closely with the client and skilled craftsmen to restore it.
